Water-based pigment remover for the color plastics industry

Effective equipment cleaning

Whether you produce masterbatches of, for example, ABS, PC, or PA, your high-standard products depend on the quality of raw materials as well as the efficiency and quality of the cleaning process between batches.

In the past, cleaning products with solvents were used to macerate previous batch contaminants and pigment residue from the mixers. Due to the risk of inflammation and health-related issues, hazardous chemicals are no longer permitted.

Before the batch switch, spraying a coat of TP132B® in the mixer, letting it soak for a few minutes, and rinsing your machine is all it takes. The residue cleaning liquid can be treated as regular wastewater. Depending on the pigment color, repeating the cleaning procedure may be required. TP132B® is virtually odorless, inflammable and it does not release any fumes.
